Student Device Request Form - Online Learning

As classes will resume remotely, please submit a device request using the following Google Form before Monday April 19th at noon, should you require a device to support your child’s learning while at home. Please do not request devices through your child’s teachers as all devices must be tracked through the office. Devices will be organized beginning Monday am, and you will receive a message for a scheduled, safe and socially distant pick up from school.
