Hello parents,

Moving or have moved? A reminder that if you have moved, or are moving this summer,  please contact the school via email,, so that we can update our files. If you are moving out of St. Anne's boundary, you will need to contact the school in your boundary to register.

Report Card Distribution: Report Cards will be distributed via an online Parent Portal and will be available Thursday, June 25th. Please see the link below for details.

Note from OSTA Re: Change of Address: 

Are you moving or changing daycare providers? Please give your school the most accurate info ASAP! OSTA depends on accurate student information to plan your child’s transportation.

Parents, a few reminders for our DIstribution Days as were sent in School Messenger. Please complete the Screening Survey prior to entry. A map of the different "zones" that were sent out has been shared below. Please check the list from the DIstribution Day letter, for your child/children's teacher and time for retrieval. Praying in Colour - Monday June 22nd at 10:00 am

To conclude our year, we will "pray in colour" together. We will "pray in colour" as a school Monday, June
22 at 10:00 am. Our focus will be on prayers & well-wishes for our Grade 6 students who will be off to high school, for our educators, some of who will leave on new adventures and our students and families. We will give thanks for our friendships, our learning and a wonderful year together as a St. Anne Community, as well as any other intentions in our hearts. Feel free to pray on your own or join Mrs.Nicoletti, virtually, by signing up on this Google Form so that a link can be sent to you to join our virtual Google Hangout Meet. Screening Survey & Retrieval of Items

Please complete the following St. Anne Screening Survey for Retrieval of Personal Items to be allowed entry to St. Anne School for our Retrieval Days next week, as per Ottawa Public Health Guidelines. 

A few reminders: 

Process for retrieval of personal items

Please ensure that you remain 2 metres from anyone that you may encounter during your time in the school. Upon entering the school, you will notice (tape/pilons) at the entrances/exits. Please ensure that you do not proceed past these markers until there is no one ahead of you. Please wear a mask if you have one. If you do not have a mask, then you can still access the school, but be mindful to remain 2 metres away from anyone else in the school at all times. Please ensure you have completed the Screening Survey as per OPH guidelines. Teachers will be recording the time of your entry into the school.

Medication - Medication will be distributed in your child's Zone, packaged together with the remainder of your child's belongings. 

Library Books/ School items to be returned:

Please return all library books or school items in the front foyer on the available shelves.

Exiting the Building

When leaving, please exit only when there is no one else within 2 metres of the exit.

Schedules and Zones were outlined in our Parent Distribution Letter.

Thank you for helping keep our St. Anne Community safe by adhering to Ottawa Public Health approved guidelines.

St. Anne School Praying in Colour Calendar

Please join us in “Praying in Colour” throughout the month of June. Here is a "Praying in Colour St. Anne Calendar" and weekly Prayer Challenges will be shared in our hopes to continue to connect with our St. Anne Community. This week our focus is on Equity, Peace and Love for all. Please share by tweeting #StAnnePrayTogether @StAnneOCSB. You can also join us at the end of the month to celebrate our year with a school-wide “Praying in Colour Virtual Session”.  You can share your “prayers” with us using this Google form as well: Not sure how to pray in colour? Sacraments: An update from St. Patrick's Parish, Fallowfield.

Greetings to all families, 

I hope that you and your families are well. The Archbishop and Fr. Paul, have written letters about the fact that we are unable to celebrate sacraments at this time. They remain hopeful that in the fall we will be able to meet, in some form, to prepare the children and then to celebrate with them their First Holy Communion and Confirmation. As we know more, we will let you know, Thank you & Stay Healthy.
